There are some common ways to increase your intelligence, or at least prevent decreases as you approach age. The game is a puzzle games, strategy games like chess is another. There are many games for players of computerboth online and offline. My favorite is Freecell, and I have more than 17,000 unique games of Freecell. It is simple, requires vision and the ability to imagine. Very relaxing, too.

What affects our intelligence? Inherited? It is from our situation, or affected by our upbringing? When inherited, it can be replaced?

There is no doubt that intelligence is influenced by both your legacy and your personal situation, particularly if your childhood was heavily robbedneglected or abused. In this case, the latter intelligence were affected. Then, if your childhood was particularly happy, stimulating and loving and intelligent society, you have had the opportunity to develop higher intelligence than would otherwise be the case. We can not but notice that you can affect intelligence, both positive and negative, at least to a certain point. But your intelligence can be increased significantly?

A French study --Showed children with low IQ (mean 77) at the age of 4-6 is that families in which they were introduced a substantial difference in the development of intelligence in their childhood. Raised in a well-to-developed or middle-class families do, more intelligence (IQ of 20 points at 98 nine years later, raised after the adoption) than in families of peasants and workers increased. This represents a very significant increase. If this difference in intelligenceremained until adulthood, in this case is not known.

Aside from the obvious benefits of great intelligence, if you have a high IQ is less likely than average to smoke, are overweight or have a traumatic incident in adulthood.
